Experts Say Six-To-Eight Hours Of Sleep Should Be High Priority.

ABC World News (3/25, story 8, 1:45, Muir) reported, "We're going turn now to Healthy Living. And we heard from so many of you on 'World News' who have had trouble sleeping through the night. Look at the numbers, 75 million Americans, more than a quarter of the population, say they don't get enough sleep. Tonight there is new science about the perfect amount of sleep for your heart. Not too little but surprisingly not too much."
